1 . What is the VeryFox seal?
An independent mark of quality and trust. It shows your customers that your product has achieved convincing results in a neutral product test.
2. How does the product test work?
You send in two original copies. Our testers test them according to defined criteria, create a PDF report and award the seal if they pass.
3. Which products can be tested?
Basically consumer goods from all sectors - from cosmetics and household items to electronics. Pharmaceuticals and hazardous substances are excluded.
4. Which criteria are checked?
Safety, performance, durability and user-friendliness. The exact test points depend on the product category.
5. How long does the test take?
Depending on category, 5 - 10 working days from receipt of goods. Express option (72 h) is included in the Premium package or can be booked as an upgrade.
6. What does the test cost?
Prices start at € 290 (beginners) and depend on the package, number of products and optional express service.
7. Will I get my product back?
Yes, after completion we will return one of the samples free of charge. The second sample will remain archived in case further checks are necessary.
8. Is the seal limited in time?
No. You can use it indefinitely. However, we recommend a re-test after two years at the latest to cover updated standards.
9. What happens if my product does not pass?
You will receive a detailed error report. After optimization, you can request a free re-test within 60 days.
10. Can I use the seal internationally?
Yes, the graphic files and test report are available in German and English so that you can use the seal worldwide.
